We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Nycolle Cassells from Operations Administrator to Steam Support Lead — a milestone achievement that reflects her exceptional growth, dedication and impact throughout the past five years with the business.
When Nycolle first joined us, she arrived with no industry experience — but what she did bring was far more valuable. From day one, she demonstrated a genuine willingness to learn, a determination to improve every single day, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

Over the years, Nycolle has played a pivotal role in developing new systems, managing processes, and supporting the business through both smooth and challenging periods. In her new role as Steam Support Lead, Nycolle will focus on:
- Boiler surveys, inspections and job preparation
- Boiler inspection job management and communication
- Coordination and completion of small and reactive steam works
- Quoting and commercial support for steam small works
- Labour planning and project flow across all steam-related activities
