A critical boiler at Terumo Aortic had failed, jeopardising production continuity and risking costly downtime. With standard lead times of six weeks for boiler procurement, the urgency of finding a swift and dependable solution was clear. Thanks to strong collaboration with Fulton, James Ramsay delivered a two-week turnaround for assessing the issue, sourcing, and installing the new Fulton boiler — achieving operational handover in just three weeks from failure.
At the same time, our team demonstrated flexibility by repairing the failed boiler, ensuring it could be reinstated as a fully operational standby unit. This dual-track approach provided Terumo Aortic with:
