We’re delighted to welcome Adrian Smith to James Ramsay as our new Service Manager for Manchester, leading the expansion of our service and maintenance operations across the Northwest of England.
Based locally in Manchester, Adrian brings more than 35 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a particular specialism in commercial gas systems, service delivery and installation management. He joins us from JLA (formerly Ellesmere Engineering), where he has held senior roles including Installations Manager and Service Manager, overseeing teams of engineers, managing subcontractors and delivering a wide range of client projects.
Adrian has extensive experience working with FM providers, local authorities, healthcare, education, housing trusts and large commercial estates, managing both planned and reactive maintenance while developing strong client relationships and meeting demanding SLAs. He is commercial and domestic Gas Safe registered and holds IOSH Managing Safely, underlining his strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
