We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Farquharson as Operations Manager, further strengthening our leadership team and supporting continued growth across our mechanical and engineering services.
Neil joins us with extensive experience in operational management, project coordination and engineering team leadership. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record in managing labour planning, overseeing complex project delivery and improving operational efficiency in fast-paced technical environments.
In his new role, Neil will take responsibility for managing day-to-day operations, including reporting and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with our managing director, Gary Shepherd, he will assume full ownership of the labour planner, oversee workshop operations, support project managers and engineers, and act as a key point of contact for customers.
